How To Make a Return

To return an item, please click here: CREATE A RETURN

This will provide an optional prepaid UPS shipping label for returning your merchandise (USA lower 48 states only). The cost is $10 for the first item plus $5 for each additional item -- this will be deducted from your refund if you choose to use the label. Otherwise you may use your own shipping method and no deduction will be made from your refund. Mail items back to the address below. If you need assistance creating a return, please use the CONTACT US page or call 1-800-884-4046 (M-F 10am-5pm PT).

Return Policy

  • Unworn merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Holiday Return Period: November 15th, 2024 thru January 15th, 2025
  • Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box and be in resellable condition. Socks must be unworn with the original packaging.
  • We're sorry but Oddball does not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size, please place a new order online.
  • Worn or damaged merchandise will NOT be accepted for return. Shoes must be in their original boxes. Socks must have their original packaging.
  • All items must be free of pet hair, smoke odor, perfume, etc.
  • Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Defective item claims must be made within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us for assistance.

 


International Returns

International returns follow the same guidelines as domestic returns, however we cannot provide a pre-paid return shipping label. Please mail the merchandise back using a trackable delivery service to the address listed above and email us so we know they are on the way.
